Responsibility
- Supervise villa attendants and support staff.
- Inspect villas for cleanliness and presentation.
- Monitor completion of scheduled duties.
- Respond to guest requests and service issues.
- Reinforce resort procedures and quality standards.
- Assist with staff coaching and on-the-job guidance.
- Monitor supplies required for villa operations.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in housekeeping, villa services or hospitality.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong eye for cleanliness and presentation.
- Able to conduct detailed villa inspections.
- Professional guest-service approach.
- Organised and able to prioritise daily workloads.
- Comfortable providing hands-on support when required.
