Secret Bay is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor who can turn exacting service standards into consistent daily practice. You’ll guide the team through dining operations, maintain presentation and service quality, and help ensure every guest encounter reflects refined hospitality.
Responsibility
- Supervise food and beverage service.
- Coordinate staff and service flow.
- Maintain presentation and hospitality standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other resort teams.
- Assist with staff training and performance.
- Complete opening, closing and operational checks.
Experience and Qualifications
- Food and beverage service experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards.
- Confident communication and team leadership.
- Well organised and attentive to detail.
- Able to make sound decisions during busy service.
- Professional, composed and committed to high hospitality standards.
