Lead Generation Specialist Location: Fully Remote Industry: Financial Services/ Recoveries Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven telesales and lead generation specialist to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth for a Global Debt Recovery and Accounts Receivables business. The role is responsible for proactively engaging prospective clients, qualifying leads, booking appointments, and converting opportunities into sales. The successful candidate will be confident speaking with decision-makers, skilled at building rapport quickly, and driven by achieving and exceeding targets. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Appointment Setting Telesales Activity Pipeline Management Skills & Experience Previous experience in telesales ideally in B2B sales, appointment setting, business development, or outbound sales. Experience in debt recovery, financial services or professional services Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent telephone manner. Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets. Strong objection-handling skills. Self-motivated and highly organised. Experience using CRM platforms. Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation for high-value and/or complex services.
