We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Advisor to join a creative fast-paced business where you play an active role in shaping people initiatives, culture and employee experience across the organisation. This is a broad generalist HR role offering exposure across the full employee lifecycle, balancing operational HR delivery with employee engagement, culture initiatives, systems improvement and employee relations. This opportunity would suit an organised, process-driven HR professional with strong attention to detail, excellent relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for people and culture. You will play a key role in coaching managers, supporting employees and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or currently working towards it.
  • Experienced within a generalist HR Advisor or similar role.
  • Confident handling employee relations cases independently.
  • Knowledgeable in UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Comfortable working within a hands-on SME environment.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • An excellent communicator with strong coaching and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable and eager to continue developing their HR career.
  • Experience with HRIS implementation and people analytics would be ideal but not a prerequisite.
