The predicted salary is between 43600 - 48600 € per year.

£43,600 - £48,600 per annum (inclusive of £3,600 travel allowance). Due to continued growth and team expansion, a new opportunity has arisen for an HR Coordinator role. Reporting to the Global Chief Executive Officer and supporting the HR Consultant, you will take ownership of accurate, efficient, and compliant HR administration across the Dolphin group, which includes Dolphin Solutions Australia, Dolphin Solutions UK and Dolphin Solutions US, enabling the business to attract, develop and retain talent through well‑maintained systems, processes, and records.

You will possess recent, extensive experience in a similar role, be familiar with the international HR practices and hold a CIPD Level 5 Diploma qualification. You will demonstrate the ability to communicate with impact and conviction and thrive on working within a fast‑paced environment focused on continuous improvement.

This is a new role, where you will be predominantly based at our Head Office in Robertsbridge, with some travel required to our London Showroom in Farringdon and remote working available when supporting the teams in Dolphin Australia and Dolphin USA.

In addition to an attractive salary, we offer 24 days' holiday.
