We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Manager to lead an Ofsted-registered children's home supporting young people with Learning Disabilities. As Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and child-centred environment where young people can achieve positive outcomes and reach their full potential.

  • Lead the overall management and operation of the children's home
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations
  • Inspire, develop, and support a high-performing residential care team
  • Champion safeguarding, positive behaviour support, and person-centred care
  • Manage staffing, budgets, rotas, and occupancy effectively
  • Build strong relationships with local authorities, families, and external professionals
  • Maintain high standards of record-keeping, care planning, and risk management

Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a children's residential setting is required, along with:

  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
  • Experience supporting children and young people with Learning Disabilities
  • A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people
  • Full UK driving licence preferred

Pay range and compensation package:
