About the Company

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Manager to lead an Ofsted-registered children's home supporting young people with Learning Disabilities. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact while leading a committed team in delivering exceptional care and support.

About the Role

As Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and child-centred environment where young people can achieve positive outcomes and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall management and operation of the children's home
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations
  • Inspire, develop, and support a high-performing residential care team
  • Champion safeguarding, positive behaviour support, and person-centred care
  • Manage staffing, budgets, rotas, and occupancy effectively
  • Build strong relationships with local authorities, families, and external professionals
  • Maintain high standards of record-keeping, care planning, and risk management

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a children's residential setting
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership
