Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of destination pubs with letting rooms, the Dolphin Hotel occupies a fantastic location in the village of Beer, on the spectacular Jurassic Coast. Beer boasts a beautiful shingle beach, with plenty of attractions suitable for all ages nearby. The area is a haven for beautiful walks, with the nearby South West Coast Path offering stunning cliff top views. Guest areas include two comfortable lounge bars, dining room and a bright and spacious function room. The Dolphin truly is the perfect place to stay, guests return time and again to relax and enjoy fabulous H&W hospitality paired to a carefully curated menu and award winning H&W beers.

We’re growing our kitchen team and looking for an experienced CDP, Section Chef or Line Chef to jump in and help us keep the good stuff coming. If you love great food, enjoy a buzzing service, and want to work with a genuinely supportive crew, this could be your next spot.
