What Will You Be Doing?
As a Support Worker at Dolphin Homes, no two days are the same.
You will provide practical, emotional, and personal support to help the individuals we support live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives in their own home.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include
- Providing personal care and supporting daily routines
- Assisting with dietary plans and meal preparation
- Teaching life skills to promote independence
- Supporting individuals within the local Chichester community
