Dolphin Homes is recruiting Support Workers to join our dedicated team at The Oaks, our 8-bed residential service in Havant, Hampshire, supporting males and females with physical and learning disabilities.

Two vacancies are available a 20-hour part-time day shift position and a 24-hour night shift position so whether you are looking for daytime or overnight work, we would love to hear from you.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Support Worker at The Oaks in Havant, no two days are the same.

You will provide practical, emotional, and personal support to help the individuals we support live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include

  • Providing personal care and supporting daily routines
  • Assisting with dietary plans and meal preparation
  • Teaching life skills to promote independence
  • Supporting individuals within the local Havant community
  • Accompanying service users on activities and outings And the activities are genuinely something special: Theme parks, Swimming, Horse riding, Cinema, UK and abroad holidays, Arts and crafts, Concerts, Cycling, Baking and much more!
