Working Hours: 24 hours - every Wednesday, and alternate Saturdays and Sundays. 7pm - 7am shifts.

A Support Worker is someone who provides practical and emotional assistance to individuals in their day-to-day lives. The role is dynamic and varied, as each person we support has their own unique needs. Every day presents new challenges and rewards as Support Workers help individuals overcome obstacles, build confidence, and enhance their self-esteem. Support Workers assist people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions. They encourage greater independence and offer both physical and emotional support, helping individuals lead fulfilling and meaningful lives in their own homes.

As a Support Worker, you’ll have the opportunity to accompany the wonderful people we support on a variety of exciting activities. These might include:
