Dolphin Homes is recruiting a Senior Support Worker to join our dedicated team in a supported living service in Bosham Hoe, Chichester, helping individuals with autism and learning disabilities live independently in their own self-contained flats. What Will You Be Doing?
As a Senior Support Worker at Dolphin Homes in Chichester, you will combine hands-on support with a key leadership role within the team. You will help individuals live life on their own terms, build confidence, and achieve their personal goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting individuals in their own self-contained flats to live as independently as possible
- Promoting choice, dignity, and person-centred care at all times
- Developing life skills such as cooking, budgeting, and social engagement
- Supporting with daily routines, including personal care where required
- Leading by example and mentoring other team members
- Assisting with care planning, risk assessments, and daily coordination
- Acting as the key link between the care team and management to ensure the highest quality of support
