Were looking for an experienced Mental Health Support Worker to join our specialist team.

Youll be part of a skilled, supportive team helping individuals with high-level needs achieve meaningful progress and stability.
What Youll Be Doing No two days are the same.
Youll provide practical, emotional, and personal support tailored to each persons needs, including: Supporting daily routines and personal care Assisting with dietary plans and meal preparation Teaching life skills to promote independence Supporting individuals in the community Using person-centred and PBS approaches Working closely with MDTs, families and external professionals Activities
