This is a complex role and that's exactly why it matters. You'll be part of a skilled, supportive team helping individuals with high-level needs achieve meaningful progress and stability.
What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same. You'll provide practical, emotional, and personal support tailored to each person's needs, including:
- Supporting daily routines and personal care
- Assisting with dietary plans and meal preparation
- Teaching life skills to promote independence
- Supporting individuals in the community
- Using person-centred and PBS approaches
- Working closely with MDTs, families and external professionals
