Dolphin Homes is recruiting Bank Support Workers to join our dedicated team across multiple services throughout Hampshire, supporting males and females with physical and learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, complex behavioural needs, and mental health needs.
As a Bank Support Worker, you will have the flexibility to choose shifts that suit you, making this an ideal role for those looking to supplement existing work, return to the care sector, or gain valuable experience across a variety of settings. No experience? No problem. We provide full training and fund your qualifications; all we ask is that you share our values of dignity, respect, and compassion.
What Will You Be Doing?
As a Bank Support Worker at Dolphin Homes, no two shifts are the same. You will provide practical, emotional, and personal support to help the individuals we support live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives across our Hampshire services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and supporting daily routines
- Assisting with dietary plans and meal preparation
- Teaching life skills to promote independence
- Supporting individuals within their local communities across Hampshire
- Accompanying service users on activities and outings
And the activities are genuinely something special: Theme parks, Swimming, Horse riding, Cinema, UK and abroad holidays, Arts and crafts, Concerts, Cycling, Baking and much more!
