Dolphin Homes is recruiting Support Workers to join our dedicated team at our 10-bed Supported Living service in Bosham Hoe, Chichester , supporting males with learning disabilities and complex behavioural needs.
What Will You Be Doing?
As a Support Worker at Dolphin Homes, no two days are the same.
You will provide practical, emotional, and personal support to help the individuals we support live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives in their own home.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Providing personal care and supporting daily routines Assisting with dietary plans and meal preparation Teaching life skills to promote independence Supporting individuals within the local Chichester community Accompanying service users on activities and outings And the activities are genuinely something special: Theme parks, Swimming, Horse riding, Cinema, UK and abroad holidays, Arts and crafts, Concerts, Cycling, Baking and much more!
