We are looking for a passionate and motivated Senior Support Worker to join our friendly team in a supported living service, helping individuals with autism and learning disabilities live independently in their own flats.
This is more than a job its a chance to empower people to live life on their terms, build confidence, and achieve personal goals.
About the Role As a Senior Support Worker, youll play a key role in both hands-on support and team leadership.
You will: Support individuals in their own homes (self-contained flats) to live independently Promote choice, dignity, and person-centred care Help develop life skills such as cooking, budgeting, and social engagement Support with daily routines, including personal care where required Lead by example, guiding and mentoring other team members Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and daily coordination Act as a link between staff and management to ensure high-quality support No two days are the same and thats what makes this role so rewarding.
Youll be supporting people to enjoy life to the fullest, including: College and education support Community outings and social activities Swimming, cycling, and fitness Cinema trips and concerts Holidays (UK & abroad) Arts, crafts, and creative sessions Cooking and baking Youll be helping people build confidence, friendships, and independence every single day.
