Our Colour, Material & Finish (CMF) team is a vital part of the business, and due to continued growth, we are looking for talented CMF Designers to join us.
About the Role
As a CMF Designer at Tangerine, you will be part of a highly collaborative creative team working across a diverse range of industries—including retail, automotive, aviation, and rail. Your work will influence products and environments experienced by customers all over the world.
What You’ll Bring
- Exceptional, demonstrable creative skills with a strong eye for colour, materials, and finishes
- Excellent presentation and organisational skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly
- Knowledge of key suppliers within the CMF market
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
- Experience or knowledge of the airline/train industry (desirable but not essential)
- Proficiency in a wide range of creative software tools, supported by a strong portfolio
