About the Role:
We are hiring a Civil Litigation Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive. We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive (3+ years’ PQE) to join our busy Litigation Department, handling commercial, property, debt recovery, and employment disputes. You will manage your own caseload from instruction to resolution, delivering clear, client-focused advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on a range of litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, correspondence, and legal documents
- Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court
About You:
- You must be a qualified Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive (England & Wales), with 3+ years’ PQE
- Strong civil litigation knowledge and advocacy skills
