Dollce Brands is one of the UK’s fastest-growing beauty and wellness groups - home to Dollce Doll (B2B eyelash extensions), Dollce Glow (D2C skincare) and Clean Supplements UK (D2C wellness). We are now looking for a high-performance Paid Social Manager to take full control of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads and scale revenue across multiple e-commerce brands.

Your Responsibilities:- Paid Social – Meta Ads & TikTok Ads (Primary Focus)
- Build, optimise & scale Meta Ads and TikTok Ads across 3 e-commerce brands
- Launch full-funnel campaigns: TOF, MOF, BOF
- Test creatives, formats, hooks, UGC variations & angles
- Scale budgets safely
- Maintain CAC targets, NC-ROAS, eROAS & MER goals
- Build structured A/B testing frameworks
- Work closely with our content creator for ad-ready UGC
- Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
- Use Triple Whale, Motion, Shopify Analytics, GA4 & Looker Studio
- Analyse ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, cohort data & retention metrics
- Build weekly performance dashboards
- Diagnose revenue leaks & drop-off points
- Identify high-performing products, audiences & creative types
- Present insights to founder weekly with actionable next steps
- CRO & Funnel Optimisation
- Deeply analyse funnel performance (landing pages → add to cart → checkout → conversion)
- Identify where customers drop off
- Suggest and execute CRO improvements
- Build landing pages using PageFly/GemPages/Shogun
- Run iterative A/B tests
- Improve PDPs, collection structure & mobile UX
- Improve abandoned cart performance & checkout flow
- Growth Leadership (Mini Head of Growth Role)
- Build acquisition strategies for each brand
- Align email, retention & ads with our Marketing Manager
- Advise on creative testing frameworks
- Build predictable, data-driven growth systems
- Work directly with the founder to scale revenue across all brands
- Scaled paid social across all brands
- Improved sitewide conversion
- Created predictable, profitable acquisition
- Increased MER & overall ad efficiency
- Built out a performance dashboard

- Strong understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo, online buyer psychology
- Ability to build landing pages & CRO tests
- Confident analysing deep data
- Knows how to scale DTC or B2B e-commerce brands
