Dolfin is building the AI financial ops layer for SMB platforms. We enable platforms to embed white-label financial ops agents to handle daily finance tasks for SMBs like invoicing, payables, and expenses. We are early, moving fast, and working closely with platform partners as we build.

We are looking for a Founder’s Intern to work directly with the founders across product, operations, partnerships, and go-to-market. This is an opportunity to gain broad, hands-on experience across an early-stage business and understand what it actually takes to build a company from the ground up. You won’t be doing busywork. You’ll be involved in real decisions, real conversations, and real execution. This will give you a taste for startup life, and exposure to sales, product, and marketing.

What You’ll Work On:

  • Research and preparation for sales, partnership, and investor conversations.
  • Supporting outbound, follow-ups, and deal coordination.
  • Assisting with product discovery, user feedback, and market research.
  • Helping with ops, tooling, and ad-hoc founder priorities.
  • Exposure to fundraising, hiring, and early customer work.

Who This Is For:

  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator.
  • Interested in startups, particularly fintech and AI.
  • Excited to learn across sales, marketing, product, and operations.
  • Looking for first-hand exposure to how early-stage startups are built.

Why This Role:

  • See first-hand what building an early-stage startup actually looks like.
  • Exposure across multiple functions that will shape the trajectory of your career.
  • Work directly with founders and decision-makers.
  • Steep learning curve, real ownership, and meaningful responsibility.
