Job Description Our Maison is seeking a UK Operations Manager to join our London team on a full time permanent basis. A solid proven track record within operations is necessary as well as profound understanding of luxury retail and managing teams whilst driving excellence and people culture. Role overview: Manage and drive all operational activities across the whole UK network (stores and warehouses) Drive and plan new projects (store openings, pop ups, refurbishment) Drive Health and Safety in accordance with the Company guideline IT stock management; organization of training courses for warehouse personnel Supervise the procedures and the operating methodology of the cash activities Review and draft user manuals and procedures Definition of a maintenance budget based on the history and any new openings Evaluate and manage the relationship with suppliers Ensure an adequate level of security for each store Stipulate contracts with service personnel supply companies (security, cleaning and others) Collaborate with the Finance & Administration department in order to optimize compliance with tax flows in the countries of competence Drive procedures according to the Company guideline Manage inventory activities at the regional level Oversee and drive regular cycle counts Monitor stock capacities acros…
