Role Description
The Sales Manager role at DOLCE&GABBANA is a full-time, on-site position based in Bicester. This role is responsible for leading and motivating the store team to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional client experiences, and uphold the brand’s luxury standards. Day-to-day activities include overseeing sales performance, coaching team members, managing client relationships, and ensuring the boutique environment reflects brand guidelines. The Sales Manager will monitor key performance indicators, support visual merchandising, coordinate with central teams on stock and promotions, and handle operational tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and compliance with company procedures. Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales management or a similar client‑facing leadership role, ideally within fashion or accessories.
- Strong people management and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain a high‑performing sales team.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales results, analyze KPIs, and implement action plans to enhance performance and client satisfaction.

- Solid understanding of store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising standards, and compliance with company policies.
- Ability to work on‑site in Bicester, maintain a professional appearance aligned with a luxury brand, and adapt to a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage for serving international clients.
- Familiarity with POS systems, basic MS Office tools, and comfort with digital tools used in clienteling and reporting.
- Knowledge of the luxury market and strong appreciation for Italian fashion, craftsmanship, and brand storytelling.
