We are currently looking for a talented tailor to join our London team, working in our
Sloane Street boutique. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for womenswear alterations, fittings, and repair s
, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and service that defines our brand.
Flexibility is required, as the role involves working across both locations and availability to workmost weekends.
- Your Contribution to the Role
- Accurately assess and execute professional tailoring processes with a focus on womenswear
- Measure clients for size using a tape measure and record measurements precisely.
- Fit and evaluate garments on clients to determine required alterations.
- Alter and repair garments according to clients’ needs, while preserving the original style and construction.
- Perform alterations using both traditional hand-stitching and sewing machine techniques.
- Liaise with clients to create and adjust patterns to fit individual measurements and styles.
- Communicate fitting details and alteration requirements clearly with sales staff.
