We are seeking a dynamic and detailâoriented Sales Manager to join our Leathergoods Department at Harrods, London. As a true ambassador of the Dolce & Gabbana brand, you will play a pivotal role in empowering the sales team with the tools, guidance, and support they need to deliver exceptional client experiences and consistently achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Enable Sales Excellence: Act as a key enabler for the sales team by ensuring they have the right tools, knowledge, and motivation to perform at their best and close sales effectively.
- Client Experience Leadership: Elevate the in-store experience by mentoring team members on delivering personalized, highâtouch service aligned with Dolce & Gabbana standards.

Qualifications

- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
