Role Description

The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the United Kingdom.

The individual in this role oversees daily sales operations, leads and motivates the store sales team, and ensures an exceptional client experience aligned with the Dolce&Gabbana brand standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, setting and achieving sales targets, analyzing KPIs, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and client loyalty.

The Sales Manager collaborates closely with visual merchandising and marketing teams, manages staffing and scheduling, and supports training and development to maintain high levels of product and brand knowledge.

This role also involves handling key client relationships, resolving escalated issues, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion sales management, preferably in a similar brand environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including coaching, performance evaluation, and the ability to motivate diverse teams.
  • Solid sales, clienteling, and customer relationship management capabilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Analytical skills for reviewing sales reports and KPIs, forecasting, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion, with a strong focus on delivering a premium client experience.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities, including time management and attention to detail in store operations.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage in an international luxury retail context.
  • Comfort with basic retail systems and tools (POS, inventory management, CRM platforms).
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, according to store needs.
