We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Stock Keeper for our department in Selfridges, London. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products are stored, handled, and displayed in pristine condition, supporting the smooth operation of the corner and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Accurately receive, organize and manage stock, ensuring precise inventory levels are maintained at all times.
  • Stockroom Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible stockroom to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Quality Control: Inspect all incoming and outgoing items to ensure they meet our luxury standards.
  • Restocking: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure shelves and displays are replenished promptly and aesthetically.
  • Documentation: Update stock records and prepare inventory reports using our inventory management system.
  • Loss Prevention: Monitor stock movements to prevent loss or theft and ensure compliance with security protocols.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a stock keeper, warehouse assistant, or similar role, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Physically able to lift and move stock as needed.
