We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Client Advisor to join our Woman Department at Selfridges, London. As a true ambassador of the Dolce & Gabbana brand, you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.
Your Contribution to the Role:
- Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand.
- Support the Sale Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor.
- Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers' needs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers.
- Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
- Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through effective product knowledge.
- Ensure to build long-lasting relationships with clients using clienteling tools (i.e. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and system (i.e. CRM).
- Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sale Staff.
- Support basic cash operations when necessary.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Fluency in English; other languages are considered a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in luxury retail.
- Strong clienteling skills with the ability to deliver a memorable client journey/ceremony.
- Proficiency in effective sales techniques with a track record of achieving targets.
- Solid understanding of store KPIs and how to drive performance.
- Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and refined selling approach.
- Excellent customer focus, combined with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
