We are currently looking for a proactive and motivated Runner for our boutique located in Old Bond Street, London. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth store operations and providing an exceptional experience for both the team and customers.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team during the entire sales process, ensuring products are always readily available.
- Ensure product replenishment on the sales floor according to brand guidelines.
- Provide operational support to maintain high store standards (stockroom organization, inventory management, sales floor tidiness).
- Assist the team during sales ceremonies to enhance the customer experience and strengthen the brand’s image.
- Contribute to the preparation of products for special events and promotions.
- Monitor stock levels and report any restocking needs to the manager.
- Collaborate with the cash desk team to assist with basic operations when needed.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment (luxury experience preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment during the season.
- Positive attitude and collaborative approach with the team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
