We are currently looking for a proactive and motivated Runner for our boutique located in Old Bond Street, London. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth store operations and providing an exceptional experience for both the team and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team during the entire sales process, ensuring products are always readily available.
  • Ensure product replenishment on the sales floor according to brand guidelines.
  • Provide operational support to maintain high store standards (stockroom organization, inventory management, sales floor tidiness).
  • Assist the team during sales ceremonies to enhance the customer experience and strengthen the brand’s image.
  • Contribute to the preparation of products for special events and promotions.
  • Monitor stock levels and report any restocking needs to the manager.
  • Collaborate with the cash desk team to assist with basic operations when needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment (luxury experience preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment during the season.
  • Positive attitude and collaborative approach with the team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
