We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant for our Home Harrods Flagship store based in London. As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs
- Provide support to Senior Client Advisors in complex interactions
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers
- Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines
- Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through effective product knowledge
Requirements
- Home collection/Interior design product knowledge
- Fluency in English and another language among German, Arabic, Russian, Chinese
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in luxury retail
- Self-motivation with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques
- Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player
