Experience & Skills
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent hands‑on experience, with a strong desire to grow and develop within the role
- A foundational understanding of the video streaming industry and related technologies
- Familiarity with API‑driven and web‑based architectures, with an ability to debug basic web streaming challenges.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Solid technical fundamentals and a curiosity‑driven approach to learning new technologies quickly
- Good presentation, organization, and time‑management skills, with confidence to grow in customer‑facing situations
