Vivisol are currently hiring for a Sleep Service Coordinator to provide patient support. We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team to carry out patient calls, organise patient visits and provide patients with verbal assistance with equipment.

Hours: 37.5-hour week - Working 5 in 7 days rota, rota'd hours between 7am - 8pm. The successful candidate will need to be flexible to work weekends if required. This role is based in Manor Royal, Crawley with free on-site parking and great transport links (bus stop: 1 minute walk, Train Station: 15 minute walk).

Full training will be provided for all new starters and an extensive programme put in place.

Primary Duties & Areas of Responsibility:

  • Handling Patient Calls as part of the sleep call centre.
  • Administration of patient orders.
  • General administration and data entry.
  • Telephone support for patients, relatives and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide first line support to all patients requiring assistance via E-Mail, telephone, letter and SMS.
  • Process prescriptions at the time of receipt accurately, ensuring the correct equipment is given to the patient.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints quickly and patiently.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records.

Required Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience (Phone based desirable).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • An Enhanced DBS (provided for you as part of the probation process).
  • Effective Telephone and clear communication skills.
  • Empathetic and a problem solver.
  • Team player.
  • Trustworthy, reliable & ethical.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Excellent computer skills and accuracy.
