Vivisol are currently hiring for an HR and Payroll Assistant to join the growing team based on Manor Royal, Crawley. We are looking for someone to join our established team to assist with day-to-day HR and payroll duties, particularly with new starters, administration, and payroll preparation and collation.
We are offering a generous package of 33 days holiday (including BH), excellent training and development programs, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, as well as a salary of £28,000-£30,000. The position is Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm - 37.5 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will have previous HR administration / admin experience, as well as payroll experience, however training will be provided.
Responsibilities and Duties:- Uploading new starters to the HR system and ensure records are accurate and up to date
- Assisting the Payroll Manager with payroll preparation, collation and checking
- Maintaining and updating training records and professional qualifications in the HR and E-Learning systems
- Collating and processing relevant paperwork for vacancies, employee changes, etc.
- Ensuring all changes are authorised by the relevant stakeholders
- Drafting and issuing authorised offer letters, contracts and change of contract letters as required
- Assisting with scheduling learning and development training with both internal and external parties
- Attending meetings to take minutes and accurately transcribe records
- Previous experience working in an HR administrative role
- Previous payroll experience in a payroll function with comprehensive knowledge
- A relevant HR or Payroll qualification (desired)
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (written and verbal)
