Vivisol are currently hiring for a Financial Accountant at their modern office based in Manor Royal, Crawley. We are looking for someone to join our team to provide assistance across a variety of duties in the finance department, including audits, tax reports, etc.

The Accountant position is office based with a day shift role covering 37.5 hours per week, with a shift pattern of: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm.
During your training period you will be based on site for five days per week, and once you are trained you will have the option to work from home one day per week.
The ideal candidate will be a part qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), and following a successful probation period, courses and qualification support will be provided.
Main duties and responsibilities for the Accountant position:
- Producing timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring adherence to all company and group reporting deadlines.
- Supporting the monthly management accounting process, including updating monthly commentary, reviewing expense analysis, and resolving reporting issues within the team.
- Managing and executing all cashflow reporting requirements.
- Preparing and distributing monthly sales reports for senior management.
- Reviewing and adjusting monthly calculations for the month end electricity rebate process.
- Performing monthly fleet reconciliations.
- Maintaining and updating all leasing schedules.
- Reviewing and posting IFRS 16 adjustments.
- Assisting with monthly stock reconciliations and reporting.
- Assisting in the year-end statutory audit process, including liaising with external auditors and fulfilling all audit requests.
Required candidate experience:
- Part/Fully Qualified ACCA / CIMA
- Previous accounting/accountant and finance experience
- Work in a team as well as independently, exercising a high degree of autonomy
- Strong IT Skills
- Strong Excel Skills
