We are hiring a Product Owner KYC to work directly with our founders and build our customer verification product function from the ground up. You will lead a cross-functional product team focused on customer onboarding, identity verification, and ongoing due diligence, delivering measurable impact through smart, data-driven analyses.

What you will be doing:
- Own the product vision and roadmap for customer onboarding, identity verification, and ongoing due diligence.
- Lead a team of engineers and other cross-functional partners to design, deliver, and refine verification journeys, decisioning rules, and KYC systems.
- Define and track KPIs like verification completion rate, onboarding conversion, manual review rate, and time-to-verification.
- Turn regulatory requirements, customer risk profiles, and operational needs into clear product specifications.
- Continuously improve our KYC capabilities based on customer feedback, operational insights, and evolving regulatory requirements.
What you will need:
- Proven product experience in fintech, payments, or KYC / customer identity verification.
- Strong track record delivering data-driven products with engineering and analytics teams.
- Strong SQL or Python skills, with hands-on experience using data to analyse performance, identify problems, and inform product decisions.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting onboarding, verification, and operational performance metrics.
- Ability to balance regulatory requirements and risk management with a great customer experience.
- Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-paced startup.

- Experience in Latin American markets.
