DolarApp is looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to build a world-class GTM and Operations functions. You will work closely with the founders and two Talent Leads to execute hiring strategies, build the recruitment function from scratch, and attract, hire, and retain top talent globally. This is a critical role with significant impact and growth opportunities.

What you'll do

  • Hire A-players: Collaborate with co-founders and the executive team to define roles and seniorities, hire top talent worldwide, and develop hiring playbooks.
  • Act like a founder: Demonstrate ownership, initiative, and a willingness to go beyond assigned tasks to achieve success. Embrace freedom and responsibility.
  • Establish recruitment metrics: Own recruitment KPIs, analyze data, and make informed decisions about hiring needs.
  • Build the Talent team: As the company grows, hire additional recruiters to support scaling efforts.
  • Develop People and Talent programs: Work with the Talent Lead to implement scalable hiring initiatives and programs to support future growth.

What you'll need

  • Proven experience in building GTM and Operations hiring efforts for hyper-growth tech startups (valuation over $1B), hiring for roles in Europe and Latin America.
  • Full professional or native proficiency in Spanish, with sourcing experience in Latin America.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including reaching passive candidates.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
  • High emotional intelligence to assess cultural fit and sell the company's mission, providing a top-tier candidate experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage candidate pipelines with attention to detail.
