The Role
Payments are the backbone of DolarApp. As our first Product Owner – Core Payments, you’ll build and scale the core payments infrastructure across all markets (including crypto). From negotiating with partners to leading integrations, this role blends strategy, execution, and technical depth.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with founders on payments strategy & delivery.
- Negotiate with partners and scope integrations.
- Own performance of existing payment rails.
- Collaborate with eng/ops/legal/compliance.
- Monitor flows post-launch, debug issues, and optimise.
- Drive KPIs: product delivery, partner growth, payment throughput.
The Successful Candidate
- 2+ years in fintech, Big 4, consulting (McKinsey/BCG/Bain), or investment banking.
- Strong analytical & quantitative skills.
- Ambitious, detail-driven, thrives in ambiguity.
- Excellent communicator who can drive partners & teams to deliver.
