DolarApp is looking for 2x Talent Acquisition professionals to build a worldâclass Compliance and Operations functions. You will be working hand in hand with the founders and the rest of the TA team to not only execute on roles, but also to improve the Recruitment function and allow us to attract, hire, and retain the world's best talent. This is a critical role with a global reach, and plenty of opportunity to make waves and build something amazing from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Hire Aâplayers: work with the coâfounders and the executive team to calibrate roles and seniorities, hire the best talent in the world, and create hiring playbooks.
- Act like a founder: go beyond scope of work and priorities, embrace DNA of DolarApp, take freedom, ownership, and get hands dirty.
- Build the best: be an owner in building out Recruitment KPIs, monitor data and make informed decisions about hiring needs.
- Build the Talent team: recruit other recruiters to scale the team as business grows.
- Scope, plan, and execute People and Talent programs: work closely with the other Talent Lead to execute hiring plan and put robust, scalable programs in place.
What you'll need
- Proven track record building Operations/Growth/Compliance hiring efforts for a hyperâgrowth technology startup with >$1B valuation; hiring across Europe and LatAm.
- Excellent sourcing toolkit; preference for agency or sourcer background.
- Strong interpersonal skills; build lasting relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- High EQ; understand candidate motivations, assess cultural fit, sell DolarApp mission.
- Excellent organizational skills; manage candidate funnel with detail and due diligence; provide amazing candidate experience.
- Resourcefulness; leverage LinkedIn and network.
- Team player, relentless drive, proven closer.
