Our Founders' Office team work closely with the founders to drive the most critical initiatives for the company.
What you’ll do:
- Work directly with the founders to drive and deliver high-priority & high-impact projects
- Break down ambiguous problems, create structure & move initiatives from idea to execution
- Analyse product data to identify opportunities & help design, launch, and optimise features
- Drive operational improvements across the business
- Support growth initiatives across markets, including community, brand & affiliate efforts
- Identify opportunities for AI & automation and work with engineering to implement solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and growth teams to accelerate progress
What you’ll need:
- 3–7 years of experience in a VC-backed startup, top-tier consulting (BCG, Bain, McKinsey), or a bulge‑bracket investment bank
- Highly organised and able to navigate information across the entire company
- Analytical and structured, with strong problem‑solving skills and a good eye for quality
- Business‑fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
- Ideally an expat (or previous expat) based in London or open to relocating
