We’re seeking a Brand Designer to be responsible for creating visually stunning and high-performing static ads for DolarApp’s all paid channels. Your role is to translate DolarApp’s brand and value propositions into aesthetic, premium-quality designs that attract attention, evoke trust, and convert effectively.
What you’ll do:
- Design 5–10 new concept designs per week for performance campaigns.
- Adapt visuals to multiple countries (MX, BR, AR, CO) and platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn).
- Ensure design consistency and quality across all DolarApp use cases.
- Create ad variations to test performance hypotheses (different CTAs, backgrounds, visuals).
- Maintain alignment with DolarApp’s visual identity and tone (premium, minimal, global).
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing and Content teams to test and iterate creatives weekly.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 3–5+ years of experience in brand or performance design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing premium design work for digital ads or high-growth startups.
- Fluent in English. Good to have: Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- Visual Design Mastery: exceptional sense of composition, color, typography, and hierarchy.
- Brand Thinking: can balance aesthetics with performance — designs that are beautiful, premium and convert.
- Performance Design: understands what makes ads perform (clear messaging, visual hooks, A/B testing logic).
- Tool Proficiency: expert in Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects optional).
- Autonomy: able to ideate, design, and deliver independently, on tight weekly deadlines.
- Creative Agility: ability to generate multiple creative variations quickly.
- Good to have: Motion Design Skills: ability to animate assets for short video or carousel formats.
- Copywriting Awareness: understands how to visually support ad copy.
