- Master the day-to-day operation. You\’\’ll assist with the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring all meeting rooms and office spaces are tidy and well-organised, as well as making sure all facilities are in working order.
- Lead on the little things. You\’\’ll take ownership of our supplies, from ensuring our kitchens are stocked to managing stationery and health & safety equipment, as well as assisting with planning for social events.
- Support a high-performing team. You’ll work closely with the rest of the Workplace Experience team, providing proactive administrative and operational support.
- Get your hands dirty with our culture. You\’\’ll play a central role in our internal social events, from networking and cultural celebrations to clubs and more, helping to build the vibrant, engaging culture that makes Dojo special.
What you will bring
- A relentless focus on service. You have experience in a similar role, such as Front of House, Office Management or Receptionist.
- Pace, energy, and dynamism. You’re proactive, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where excellent multitasking is a necessity.
- Exceptional people skills. You’re a natural at connecting with others, with outstanding organisational skills and a desire to learn new things.
- Ownership & reliability. You\’\’re ready to take full ownership of your tasks and responsibilities, finding satisfaction in seeing a job well done.
- Curiosity. You\’\’re naturally inquisitive, with a desire to learn and contribute to a team that\’\’s just getting started.
Dojo home and away
We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas. That\’\’s why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.
With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.
