We’re reinventing payments. In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose‑built for in‑person commerce, is game changing. Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year. But we’re just getting started. Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

The role As our Web & SEO Manager, you’ll be the strategic leader and guardian of dojo.tech, our most important digital asset. This is your chance to own the website as a core commercial product, setting the direction for our global growth, organic search, and web conversion. You’ll sit at the intersection of technical engineering, brand positioning, and commercial results, leading a small team to ensure Dojo remains a trusted authority in a search landscape increasingly driven by AI.

What You Will Do…

  • Define and own the strategic website roadmap, acting as the final approval point for all initiatives to ensure they are data‑backed, on‑brand, and technically sound.
  • Lead site architecture decisions and shape the technical roadmap by partnering closely with Product and Engineering, establishing efficient workflows for all website requests.
  • Build and execute a future‑facing search strategy that spans technical SEO, AEO, and GEO to position dojo.tech as an authority for LLM‑powered search.
  • Own the conversion rate optimisation programme, from hypothesis and A/B testing to translating learnings into permanent, scalable wins.
  • Oversee technical site health, including Core Web Vitals and indexation, ensuring zero loss of organic equity during migrations or structural changes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns are effectively positioned on the site to drive both conversion and awareness.

What You Will Bring…

  • Extensive experience in driving digital growth, ideally within B2B SaaS, fintech, or similar fast‑paced environments.
  • Deep technical SEO knowledge combined with a strategic understanding of how to optimise for AI‑driven search and LLM‑powered discovery.
  • A proven ability to develop website strategies that cater to diverse audience segments, balancing high‑volume lead generation with premium brand positioning.
  • A track record of delivering measurable organic growth and improving conversion rates through statistically rigorous experimentation.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams to shape technical roadmaps and familiarity with headless CMS environments.
  • Proficiency with web analytics and ideally CRO tools (e.g., GA4, Search Console, Optimizely), with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
