What You Will Do
- Technical leadership: design and lead scalable, high-performance CPQ/Revenue Cloud systems while ensuring rigorous adherence to security and Salesforce best practices.
- Quality assurance: assisting in enforcing high code quality standards, optimize for performance and scalability, and upholding Salesforce development best practices through code reviews and driving the adoption of emerging tools and frameworks.
- Stakeholder engagement: collaborate with Product and key stakeholders to translate business "wants" into technical "needs," driving good quoting experience, quote acceptance and revenue growth.
- Team management: mentor developers, handle performance/conflict resolution, and foster a collaborative, psychologically safe team environment.
- Delivery excellence: own the end-to-end development lifecycle, implement robust testing strategies & CI/CD to ensure stability and high-quality deliverables.
- Operational excellence: act as the primary expert for complex technical challenges and production system stability in collaboration with Support.
