The Role
As a Senior Product Designer at Dojo you will work on the end-to-end across discovery, wireframing & prototyping, cross-platform UI delivery and testing. You will focus on supporting an existing squad designer with initial delivery work and then look to the future for strategic next steps. You will work closely with a cross-functional team within a squad, as part of a wider portfolio of work. You will work cross-functionally in meeting the squad OKRs towards the wider business strategy and success of Dojo.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional team, especially existing PD, to craft solutions to complex problems focused around data
- Own design problems from end to end
- Design detailed workflows and interfaces that bring solutions to life
- Thrive in a hands-on role, collaborating with diverse team members
- Bring a high-energy mindset, driven by the ability to generate original ideas
- Design solutions to benefit the customer, ensuring a smooth process for a multitude of challenges
