The Role As a Salesforce Service Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in Dojo’s Salesforce Service Cloud implementation. You will work closely with Business Stakeholders, Product Managers, and Salesforce teams to deliver solutions that enhance Customer and Colleague experiences. Your focus will be translating business requirements into technical solutions for Salesforce workstreams. What You\’ll Do Collaborate with Product Managers and Business stakeholders to define Salesforce requirements and understand business processes. Design high-level Salesforce solutions to ensure a consistent user experience. Develop roadmaps for Dojo’s Salesforce programme in collaboration with different teams. Guide implementation teams to align development with the overall solution vision and design. Identify opportunities to improve Dojo processes using Salesforce. Lead and mentor functional teams to ensure consistent design approaches and promote best practices. Ensure solutions are robust and scalable to meet future needs.
