Role
As a Salesforce CPQ Administrator you will be a pivotal part of Dojo’s Salesforce implementation. Working closely with Business Stakeholders, Product Managers, and Salesforce teams, you will help ensure our CPQ implementation is effective, efficient and scalable.
What You’ll Do
- Work with Product Managers and Business stakeholders to iterate and improve Dojo’s CPQ implementation.
- Collaborate with the Solution Architect to ensure design standards are adhered to.
- Support commercial priorities and collaborate with other teams to prevent impacts on other systems.
- Assist team members with other Salesforce changes within the Dojo implementation.
- Build Salesforce automation solutions to support Dojo sales processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement using Salesforce.
- Work with the Solution Architect to expand the CPQ implementation as needed.
- Ensure solutions built are robust and scalable to meet future needs.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization and automation.
- Experience building pricing solutions for commercial teams.
- Collaboration with development teams to build custom solutions.
- Experience working with Product teams.
