We’re reinventing payments. In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing. Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year. But we’re just getting started.
This is a critical role where you will deliver the data-driven insights that inform our decision-making and help the revenue organisation achieve its growth objectives. You'll act as the analytical engine for the revenue team on pricing topics, collaborating closely with revenue leaders, Finance, and Data teams to develop complex pricing models and identify opportunities for growth. This is a high-impact and autonomous role where you will quickly see the results of your work and make a meaningful contribution to the future success of Dojo as we expand across Europe.
What You Will Do
- Deliver strategic insights by analysing business performance to identify revenue "leakage" or underperforming segments, and propose specific pricing levers to fix them.
- Support the development and modelling of pricing strategies, rate cards, and promotions for new and existing products and markets.
- Partner with revenue leaders to build sophisticated revenue impact models, quantifying ARR, churn implications, and margin fluctuations.
- Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives, presenting findings to stakeholders to create buy-in for new initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Data, Monetisation, and Finance to gather and integrate relevant data for comprehensive sales and pricing reporting.
- Build and automate self-serve reports and dashboards to empower stakeholders across the business to analyse revenue performance.
What You Will Bring
- A strong academic background in a quantitative field (such as Finance, Economics, or Engineering) and several years of experience in a commercial data, pricing, or revenue operations role, preferably in a fast-growing fintech or B2B tech company.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets for querying large datasets and building complex financial models.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
- A high degree of business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.
- (Desirable) A deep understanding of the payments industry, including the four-party model, interchange and scheme fees, and various pricing structures (IC++, Tiered, Blended).
- (Desirable) Experience with value-added service (VAS) pricing or managing pricing across European jurisdictions.
