The Role

As Dojo expands upmarket and internationally, the complexity of our systems landscape will increase. The role is a foundational hire to define and implement a comprehensive sales technology and data roadmap, including the adoption of next‑generation AI tools, to ensure scalability, consistency, and operational excellence across all revenue channels.

What You Will Do

  • Define and implement a sales technology stack aligned to Dojo's sales strategy across channels and markets, partnering closely with revenue leaders and the Customer Lifecycle Team.
  • Collaborate with both the Enterprise Technology team and business stakeholders to establish business requirements and platform roadmaps for Salesforce development.
  • Standardise sales technology usage across our international markets, removing friction and building foundational capabilities for scalable revenue growth.
  • Act as the central point of accountability to evaluate, implement, and optimise next‑gen AI commercial tools in tight alignment with our commercial strategy.
  • Establish a strong data strategy and ensure rigorous data quality and governance, partnering closely with the Enterprise Tech & Data teams to turn insights into action.
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Enablement, and Product.
  • Act as the vital bridge between commercial business requirements and technical execution.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, and improve system processes across the business.

What You Will Bring

  • Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Systems within a fast‑growing fintech, SaaS, or B2B technology environment.
  • Expertise in the configuration and governance of sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and AI tools.
  • A proven track record of selecting, deploying, and optimising a modern revenue technology stack & next‑gen AI tools (e.g., Gong, Salesloft, Outreach, routing tools, etc.) to measurably improve sales productivity.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales operations, go‑to‑market processes, and the data architecture required to support multiple sales channels (e.g., direct sales, partnerships).
  • Distinctive problem‑solving skills and a strong analytical mindset; able to diagnose complex business challenges and design scalable technical fixes.
  • Experience scaling systems and driving consistent technology adoption across new international markets.
  • Excellent collaboration and influence skills; you thrive working at the critical intersection of Sales, Revenue Operations, Data, and Technical Leadership.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, information technology or marketing.
