The Role

We are seeking a high-energy Product Sales Representative to join the team! This will report into the Senior Product Sales Specialist and be based in our London or Bristol office. You will act as a primary growth engine for the business, using data-driven insights and consultative selling to unlock capital for existing merchants. This will initially be through Dojo’s Business Funding product, but will include additional financial products in time. This role is perfect for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, providing our SME and non-account managed customers with cashflow solutions across all eligible verticals.

What you will do:

  • Support portfolio growth by advising on high-velocity, data-led outbound campaigns that proactively engage our existing database with targeted cross-sell opportunities.
  • Carry out proactive high-volume outbound calling to existing Dojo merchants in the cashflow portfolio segment to discuss their current funding needs.
  • Manage a high volume of warm leads within the book, ensuring no suitable opportunity in the backbook goes untapped.
  • Drive high-volume deal cycles through efficient data-led discovery, diagnosing merchant needs to deploy optimised funding offers that align with both client and business objectives.
  • Work closely with Dojo’s referred lending partners, to ensure a seamless experience for the customer from the first call to the product being available for them to use.

What you will bring:

  • Experience in high-volume outbound sales, telesales or account management, ideally within Fintech, Lending, or Financial Services.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform deep discovery and “solution sell” tailored to customer needs.
  • Experience managing an existing database of clients to identify and close cross-sell opportunities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the drive for high-volume outbound calling and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A thorough approach to documenting customer interactions (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Resilience and drive, being a high-energy self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Customer‑centricity, where you are committed to providing a seamless experience for the merchant.

Dojo home and away

We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas. That’s why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week. With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch‑up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.

Question: what’s curious, relentless, and customer obsessed? If you’re keen to know the answer, you’re a third of the way to meeting our Dojo values. If the following speak to you, let’s talk:

  • You’re curious. You have a real desire to learn and create.
  • You’re relentless. You keep going even when it’s easier not to.
  • You’re customer‑obsessed. You know how important customers are to what you do.
